Invoice Management

• Upload invoices programmatically (single and batch)
• Retrieve invoice details, risk scores, and AI explanations
• List and filter invoices by status, risk level, date, and vendor
• Perform actions (approve, reject, escalate) via API

Vendor Management

• List and search vendors
• Create and update vendor records
• Import vendors via API (as an alternative to CSV upload)
• Retrieve vendor invoice history and risk flags

Risk & Scoring

• Retrieve risk rule configuration
• Access score breakdowns for any invoice
• Export risk analytics and trends

Audit & Compliance

• Export audit trail entries with date range filtering
• Retrieve audit chain integrity verification status

Webhooks

• Subscribe to real-time events:
  • invoice.scored — when an invoice completes risk scoring
  • invoice.high_alert — when an invoice exceeds the high-alert threshold
  • invoice.bank_change — when a bank detail change is detected
  • invoice.action — when a reviewer takes action on an invoice
• Webhook signature verification for security
• Retry logic with exponential backoff

Timeline
